VizCommunication, Inc. ("VizComm") Refund Policy
SECTION I. Refund policy for VizDocs Marketplace
VizDocs Marketplace has a 24-hours refund policy for a VizDoc purchased. This means:
You have 24-hours to review a VizDoc and return it for full refund.
The refund will be in form of a credit back to your learner account Wallet to use for another VizDoc purchase.
(Please note that when you return a VizDoc for refund, you will lose access to the product.)
SECTION II. Refund policy for VizWriter
No refunds. You may cancel your VizWriter paid account at any time but you won't be issued a refund unless it is legally required based on your state or country.
Why no refunds? 1) You can license the "Free" level before paying for a higher license. 2) You can also test drive each license for 15 days with a Free Trial before upgrading.
SECTION III. Refund policy for VizTalks Marketplace
VizTalks Marketplace has a 24-hours cancellation policy for refunds. This means:
1 - Full (100%) refund for a scheduled session that was cancelled on time; you gave your service provider (tutor, consultant, coach) at least 24-hours notice.
The refund will be in form of a credit back to your learner account Wallet to use for another session.
2 - No refund for a scheduled session that was not cancelled on time.
We encourage you to cancel in advance and encourage service providers not to charge. However, if the situation arises, it is up to each provider to charge or not for a missed or late session.
3 - No refund for a session that did not meet your expectation.
Before booking for a paid session, we encourage you to:
a) Book a FREE trial session with a tutor/consultant/coach,
b) Review a provider's profile carefully,
c) Send brief questions to service providers describing your needs and ask for their feedback.
